We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Lady Black Tie purchase; therefore, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as final sale gowns and accessories, may be ineligible for return due to their delicate nature.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place the unworn gown in its original packaging with all designer tags intact to ensure your refund is approved.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
